Jamaican 'Mastermind' extradited from Panama to US on lottery scam charges

PANAMA CITY, Panama (CMC) – The authorities in Panama have extradited a 31-year-old Jamaican man to the United States where he will face charges of defrauding several senior citizens of millions of dollars in a lottery scam.

Twenty-six-year-old Tishan Samuels, a Client Care Officer at Sagicor, was arrested and charged by fraud squad detectives on Thursday, February 09, for the offenses of larceny as a servant, conspiracy to defraud and access with the intent to commit or facilitate the commission of an offense.
