Jamaica beaten 0-1 by Democratic Republic of Congo in crucial World Cup Playoff
Jamaica had its World Cup dreams shattered after losing 0-1 to the DR Congo in the Final of Path A in the FIFA World Cup 2026 Play-Off Tournament on Tuesday, March 31 at Guadalajara Stadium in Guadalajara, Mexico.
The Reggae Boyz were seeking to book a place in the 2026 FIFA World Cup. Jamaica’s only previous World Cup appearance came 28 years ago, at France 1998.
