JSE suspends two more junior market companies

The Jamaica Stock Exchange (JSE) has taken the decision to immediately suspend trading in the shares of both Kintyre Holdings (Ja) Limited & Atlantic Hardware & Plumbing Company.

Exactly a month ago, on June 3, the JSE suspended trading in the shares of Derrimon Trading for the submission of its 2025 Audited Financial Statements, due on March 2, 2026, which became 92 days overdue on June 2, 2026.

This latest suspension is in keeping with JSE’s Junior Market Rule Appendix 2, part 4 (2) (e), with the suspension remaining in effect pending the submission of their December 31, 2025, Audited Financial Statements, which were due on March 31, 2026. Both companies’ submissions are currently  (93) days overdue.

The JSE Junior Market Rule Appendix 2, Part 4(2) (e) – Audited Financial Statements, which states: “Companies with audited financial statements which are ninety (90) days overdue, shall have trading in their shares suspended until the reports are submitted to the Exchange.”

Given the above, both companies’ shares are suspended, effective July 1, 2026, until the reports are submitted to the Exchange.
